177 Hancock St is a development project located in Cambridge, MA. It is a historic renovation and rehabilitation of a 125 year old shingle home located in the mid-Cambridge Historic District. The project will be to reimagine over 5,000 square feet of space to bring to a life a 2-unit (~2,500 sq/ft each). Construction begins in mid-Fall 2024.
In collaboration with Kelly Boucher Architecture we will reimagine the interior and exterior spaces to bring this home into 21st Century living. Below are some before photos of the space.
